You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships and developing opportunities across our existing and new client base. Day to day, this will include:
Visiting dairy farms to understand customer requirements and identify upcoming projects
Scoping, pricing and coordinating jobs alongside our engineering team
Acting as a main point of contact for customers throughout projects
Ensuring customers receive excellent service at every stage, including aftercare
Supporting the development of sundries, chemicals and farm equipment alongside our engineering services
Working closely with Directors to uphold service standards and business values
Helping introduce new products and solutions to meet customer needs
Organising your time effectively to manage farm visits, admin and follow-ups
Building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability
Supporting business growth while keeping the customer at the heart of everything
As the business continues to develop, there may also be opportunities to help shape and grow the commercial side of the team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident with customers, understands farming and enjoys taking ownership of projects.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience in a customer-facing commercial role within agriculture or dairy
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A practical, solutions-focused approach
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence pricing work and managing multiple projects
The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
A positive, proactive attitude
A full UK driving licence
Sales experience is helpful — but mindset, service and industry knowledge matter most.
